Yes. Candidates, students, athletes and suppliers can build a complete verified profile - including proving their skills - at no cost. We charge employers and scouts who use the platform to find people.
Three layers run on every claim: AI flagging, human moderator review, and peer or professional verification. A skill is only marked verified once it has cleared the relevant tier. You can see who verified what, and when.
Yes. We minimise data collection, document every processing purpose in the Privacy Policy, and support full account and data deletion. We never sell your name, contact details, videos or anything else that identifies you. We do sell aggregate statistics and de-identified records, and the Privacy Policy sets out exactly what those contain and what is stripped out first. Audit trails are available on request for your own data.
Employers see your verified skills first, because that is what they search on. They can also see who you are, and every time an employer opens your profile it is logged. You choose what evidence you add, you can block any company, and you can turn your profile off at any time.
Starter is free. Pro is R1,499 per month and includes 3 seats and ~25 verified unlocks/mo. Growth adds more seats and unlocks. Enterprise is sales-led - email hello@proprofile.co.za.
It enters a moderation queue. Serious or repeated issues escalate to auditors who can prepare regulator-ready packages. Employers get a 14-day remediation window before escalation.
